I would highly recommend Godiva Appliance Repairs. Following a operational emergency, Jaz was at my property less than 24 hours after I called first called to book an appointment and was here on time. His pricing is excellent value and incredibly fair for each level of service he provides. He also went above and beyond in assisting me (on a weekend I might add) while liaising with my insurance company and gave me excellent advice which was vital in getting a swift resolution to my problem. I would not hesitate to call on him again in the future and would certainly recommend his services to friends and family.

My washing machine had broke, the error code said it was the pump, but it was actually the heating element. Jaz found the fault quite quickly, he ordered the part and then came back to fit it. Excellent service, quick call out and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use again and would recommend him to anyone.

Great service. The engineer came out to look at my neighbours washing machine especially with her being new to the area, we called Godiva Appliances and they were very helpful to advise what was the best solution especially noting how old the machine actually was and way past its usability. Godiva Appliances provided a new washing machine pronto. My neighbour is very happy with the service overall and we will definitely be recommending Godiva appliance to everyone in the future.
